Why Girumoa
For over 20 years, I have worked in demanding frontline and operational environments.
Alongside two decades of speaking and structured delivery, I hold formal training in Education & Training (Level 3) and have undertaken academic research exploring mental health and therapeutic frameworks.
My work combines lived experience, professional facilitation and evidence-informed psychological principles.
